Peter’s strengths are having a clear understanding of the Australian Federal government and how the Departments operate, having worked alongside them for nearly twenty years.
It did not take him long to become a leading authority on the Global Talent Program and other high-end visa streams managed by the Department of Home Affairs.
Today he manages a success rate of over 95% for his clients, this is attributed to demanding perfection in managing his clients’ cases, and his never say die attitude.
Kien David Hoang – Country Head of Vietnam
Kien David has got more than 20 years of experience working in the field of banking and finance in Vietnam and Australia. He has expertise and success in financing property development, structure-financing, capital syndication, trade-financing, retail and commercial banking.
Kien David had 8 years working in Viet Nam for financial institutions including HSBC, Vietnam International Bank (VIB) holding key positions such as corporate banking manager for HSBC, Executive Director of International Businesses and Executive Director of Trade Finance for VIB.
Outstanding property development projects in Vietnam that he has successfully led the project financing team in the role of the co-arranger and co-financier including Midtown District 7 project (PMH), Celadon City project in Ho Chi Minh City and Yen So park project in Ha Noi (Gamuda Land), Texhong Textile factory development project (Texhong Group) or a fintech project to finance the supply chain for one of the biggest retailers in Vietnam.
In Australia, Kien David has got more than 12 years of working for ANZ Bank holding relationship and business development management positions specializing in developing banking and funding solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises to start, run and grow.
